Assessment of Operational Effectiveness for a Certain Type of Equipment Based on Improved ADC Model

为了在复杂电磁环境中更好地发挥某型装备的作战效能,提高某型装备在现代战争中完成任务的能力,针对某型装备使用环境的特点,借鉴有关作战效能指标体系设计方法,分析了对抗条件下战场环境对装备作战效能的影响,建立了某型装备作战效能的指标体系,提出了一种改进ADC模型.通过实例分析验证了该方法的正确性和有效性.这为某型装备的作战效能评估提供了科学决策依据.

In order to give full play of the operational effectiveness of a certain type of equipment in a complex electromagnetic environment and improve the capability of this type of equipment fulfilling a task in modem wars, this paper aims at the features of the environment where this type of equipment is used, stands on the design method of related operational effectiveness index system, analyzes the impact of the battleground on the operational effectiveness of equipment in the condition of countermeasures, sets up the operational effectiveness index system of this type of equipment, and presents a sort of improved model. By example analysis, it is proved that the proposed method is of correctness and availability, which brings about the scientific decision-makin~ basis for the assessment of operational effectiveness of this type of equipment.
