坚持走自主创新的道路不动摇。这句话说起来很容易，很时尚，但做起来很难，要做到不动摇更难。但是这是一条非走不可的路。在十二五期间需要提升的制动系统有：制动防抱死系统（ABS）、驱动防滑系统（ASR）、牵引力控制系统（TCS）、电子稳定程序系统（ESP）、电子驻车制动系统（EPB）、电子制动控制系统（EBS）、缓速器（电涡流及液力）和中、重型车盘式制动器以及主动安全系统。由于国内汽车电子控制技术和相应的基础技术较薄弱，对整个汽车行业以及对军用车辆的安全和国家安全来说，努力发展汽车电子技术和相关产品是非常急迫的。在十二五期间我国必须在汽车的电子控制技术和相应的基础技术方面要有所突破，制动器行业在ESP和EPB方面必须要有突破，耍有几家自主品牌零部件企业研发的ESP和EPB能够进入汽车整车厂进行批量配套。
