低碳化乡村人居环境评价指标体系初探

A Preliminary Study on Evaluation Index System of the Rural Human Settlement Environment with Low Carbonization

在概述相关核心概念和阐述当前乡村人居环境存在问题的基础上,提出了包括人地和谐的田园化生态环境、便民宜居的中心化社区环境和节能环保的生态化宅居环境等立体结构的低碳化乡村人居环境的优化模式,并根据科学性、系统性、动态性、可比性和可操作性原则,建构了一套由三个子系统和10个亚子系统、32个评价指标构成的低碳化乡村人居环境量化评价指标体系。

Based on an overview of some core concepts and existing problems of current rural human settlement environment, the authors put forward its optimized model, including the harmonious rural ecological enviroment between human and nature, the convenient and livable center community, and the energy-saving ecological residential environment. In order to make it more scientific, systemutic dynanvic and maneuvenable, the authors construct an evaluation system about this. It consists of three subsystems and ten second subsystens, including 32 evaluation indexes in total.
