摘要
随着经济的发展，生产方式的转型，大学生在就业方面遇到的压力越来越大。高职院校除了培养社会需要的，具有专业技能的人才，更应重视对学生综合素质的塑造。本文通过分析素质教育的含义、重要性及学生现状，深入探索高职学生素质培养对策。
On the basis of analyzing the connotation of the quality education and the current situation of students, the paper discusses the countermeasures to cultivate students＇ comprehensive quality in higher vocational colleges.
