摘要
平衡计分卡在商业银行的使用中存在着一些误区,本文对平衡计分卡进行了重新认识,并基于绩效的“驱动关系”提出了一条建立贯穿整个商业银行的多层级平衡计分卡指标体系的路径,并对应用平衡计分卡进行绩效测评时进行的调整给予了一些建议。
There are some misunderstanding in the application of balanced score card in commercial bank. The paper re-recognizes the balanced score card and puts forward a path to construct a multi-level balanced score card index System. In the end, some advice of adjustment for the index system while adopting performance appraisal has been given.
