氧化沟中阶梯与微孔联合充氧性能试验研究

摘要 氧化沟污水处理工艺中的主要耗能设备是曝气装置,优化曝气方式是该方法降低运行费用的主要途径.文中在微孔曝气的基础上加入无需能耗的阶梯跌水充氧,对其充氧效果进行了优化实验研究.结果表明:阶梯曝气充氧的最佳安装角度为45°,最佳实验流量为3~4 m3/d;与单独微孔曝气相比,加入阶梯曝气后氧化沟内的溶解氧量提高了3%,节约曝气能耗约17%. The largest energy consumption facility group in the oxidation ditch process is the aerating apparatus. To optimize the aerator equipment is the main method to reduce operation cost. In this paper, based on the microporous aerators, the stepwise drop device is added in oxidation ditch process and the optimizing of the oxygenation capacity is studied. The results show that the best setting angle of stepwise drop device is 45~. Under the condition that the flow rate is 3-4 m^3/d, comparing with the results of using microporous aerators alone, the dissolved oxygen is about 3 % enhanced and the energy consumption is about 17 % saved in the process of combining with stepwise drop device.
