黑曲霉对菲共代谢降解的影响 被引量:4

摘要 研究废水中多环芳烃类有机物污染物的共代谢降解行为,考察pH值、初始体积分数、共代谢底物以及最佳体积分数比对菲共代谢降解的影响.结果表明:在真菌黑曲霉降解菲时通过黑曲霉生长曲线的实验可知,黑曲霉的最旺盛生长时间为30 h;通过对菲初始体积分数的选择,得出黑曲霉降解菲的最佳体积分数为100×10-6;通过对不同共代谢底物的实验,得出最佳共代谢底物为琥珀酸钠;对一级基质和二级基质不同体积分数比实验,得出最佳体积分数比为1∶1;对酸度进行选择,得到pH值为6.0~7.0时,效果最好.最佳条件时降解率可达到98.6%. Co-metabolic degradation of Organic Pollutant (Phenanthrene) was studied in the paper, and some important factors affecting the degradation, such as the value of pH, the initial concentration, co-sub- strate, and the optimum concentration ratio, were also studied. In aspergiUus niger Growth curve we found that the suitable time for aspergillus niger growth were 30 h. The results also indicated that the optimum volume concentration of aspergillus niger degradation was 100 × 10^6. The best co-substrate was sodium succinate. Contrasting the ratios of two kinds of main solvents, optimum volume concentration ratio was 1:1. To compare with different acidity, the result of study showed that when the value of pH reached 6. 0 - 7.0, it could enhance degradation reaction rates to 98.6 %.
