制备条件对氮铁共掺杂二氧化钛可见光催化活性的影响

摘要 分别以硝酸铁和硝酸铵作铁源和氮源,采用溶胶-凝胶法在二氧化钛溶胶过程中一步合成得到氮铁共掺杂二氧化钛光催化剂.以光催化亚甲基蓝溶液为模型反应,探讨制备条件对共掺的二氧化钛降解亚甲基蓝效果的影响.最佳制备条件为:40℃下,钛、氮、铁摩尔比为1∶0.5∶0.005,pH值为3,500℃下煅烧.对TiO2粉体分别进行XRD、SEM和EDS表征,表明氮铁共掺杂TiO2具有单一的锐钛矿晶型,粒径大小约为17.8 nm. Fe and N co-doped TiO: photocatalyst was one-step prepared by sol-gel method using ferric nitrate and ammonium nitrate as iron ( Ⅲ) and nitrogen sources, respectively. The factors were discussed with the model reaction of photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue under the visual light. The optimal conditions were as follows: the mole ratio of Ti, N and Fe was 1: 0. 5: 0. 005 under the temperature of 40℃, PH value was 3. The calcinations temperature was 500℃ Fe, N/TiO2 was characterrized by means of XRD, SEM and EDS, and it was indicated that it had only crystallinestate of anatase phase, and the parti- cle sizes of co-doped TiO2 was about 17.8 nm
