摘要
从硬件、网络配置及MPI的使用3个角度详细阐述网络并行计算系统的构建方法和配置过程.在此基础上,采用基于MPI的并行程序设计方法进行并行计算的实验和测试,并结合加速比和效率的结果对系统进行性能分析.实验证明,用局域网搭建的网络并行计算系统更适合于粗粒度的并行计算任务.
This paper elaborated the building processes of a network parallel computing system from the following aspects: hardware, network settings and configurations, as well as the using of MPI. The testing of parallel programs was carded through in order to evaluate the applicability of the system based on the MPI parallel programs design method. And the performance analysis was given according to the speedup and efficiency. The results were showned that this kind of system built with LAN was more suitable for coarse grained parallel tasks.
