椎管内肠源性囊肿临床分析(附5例报告)

Diagnosis and treatment of intraspinal enterogenous cysts(report of 5 cases)

目的探讨椎管内肠源性囊肿的临床特点、诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析1998年至2010年收治的5例椎管内肠源性囊肿病人的临床资料并结合相关文献加以分析讨论。5例患者均有不同程度运动障碍,4例出现神经根性疼痛,3例出现浅感觉异常。结果所有患者临床症状术后均有所改善。手术全切囊肿3例,次全切除和部分切除各1例。5例病人术后病理学证实为肠源性囊肿。5例病人术后随访1～5年均未见复发。结论椎管内肠源性囊肿术前诊断有一定困难,但是一旦确诊,早期手术治疗是最佳选择。

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and surgical treatment of the intraspinal enterogenous cysts.Methods The clinical data of 5 patients with the intraspinal enterogenous cysts,who underwent surgery from 2004 to 2011,were analyzed respectively.The clinical manifestatons included moter disorcer of limbs and trunk in 5 patients,redicular pain in 4 and abnormality of the superficial sensation in 3.Results All the patients were improved in the clinical symptoms after the operation.Of 5 patients with intraspinal enterogenous cysts,3 received total resection of the cysts,1 subtotal and 1 partial.Following up from 1 to 5 years showed that no cysts recurred in 5 patients.Conclusions It is difficult before the surgery to make the diagnosis of intraspinal enterogenous cyst.Once the diagnosis of intraspinal enterogenous cyst is definitely made,the curative effect of surgery on it is good.
