颅内动脉瘤术后并发的下肢深静脉血栓形成致急性肾功能衰竭1例及文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨颅内动脉瘤患者发生下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的好发因素及下肢DVT导致急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)的机制及预防和治疗措施。方法回顾性分析1例颅内动脉瘤术后下肢DVT致ARF患者的临床资料,结合文献分析发病的危险因素、发生机制及预防和治疗措施。结果患者经过积极溶栓、利尿、扩容、碱化尿液等一系列治疗措施后,ARF得到痊愈。结论 ARF是颅内动脉瘤术后并发的DVT引发的罕见并发症,但由于其进展迅速,如不及时治疗后果严重,在临床工作中需提高警惕。
