磁力扩弓后上颌骨位置三维变化的螺旋CT测量研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究磁力扩弓(MPE)后上颌骨三维方向的位置变化。方法:选取15例磁力扩弓患者,拍摄治疗前后螺旋CT,测量上颌骨的各测量点在三维方向的位置和角度,并采用配对符号秩检验对比分析各项数据。结果:MPE治疗前后上颌骨位置在矢状向、垂直向和水平向上均发生了相应的改变,腭中缝得到有效地扩大,呈前后较小中间稍大的纺锤形扩大。结论:磁力扩弓能取得有效的扩弓效果,上颌骨在三维位置发生了相应的变化。 Objective: To investigate maxilla changes after magnetic palatal expansion (MPE) at three--dimension- al direction on the location and angle. Methods: Fifteen patients treated with MPE were included in the study. Spiral CT images were used to evaluate three--dimensional changes of the maxilla. Pairs signed rank test was used to anal- ysis of the data. Results: Three--dimensional changes of the maxilla were found after MPE. The maxillary suture was opened wider in the middle and narrower at both ends, which was like a spindle. Conclusion: Spiral CT was useful in the three--dimensional evaluation of maxilla after MPE.
