下颌骨囊性病变外科治疗的临床回顾分析

Retrospective Clinical Analysis of Surgical Treatment of Cystic Lesions of the Mandible

目的:探讨手术刮除+石碳酸烧灼治疗下颌骨囊性病变的方法并评价其疗效。方法:对72例接受囊肿刮除+石碳酸灼烧等治疗并随访的颌骨囊性病变病历资料进行综合回顾性分析。结果:接受治疗的72例颌骨囊性病变患者,术后半年颜面畸形基本消除,X线复查,囊腔大小均有所缩小或完全消失,未见复发病例。结论:囊肿刮除+石碳酸灼烧等治疗颌骨囊性病变有简单实用,术后感染率低、复发性小、并发症少、愈合快等优点。

Objective： To evaluate the methods and curative effect in treatment of cystic lesion in mandible combi- nation of curettage and cauterization with carbolic acid. Methods： The data of 72 cases of cystic lesion of mandible were retrospective analysed, which received curettage of cyst and cauterization with carbolic acid. Results： In the half year after operation, 72 cases were appeared to normal, the facial deformities were eliminated and the X--ray taken showed all the sizes of cyst were redueted or disappeared. There was no recurrent cases. Conclusion： The method of combination of curettage and cauterization with carbolic acid is a simple and useful method to treatment mandibular cystic lesion.
