金线莲提取物体外抑菌及抑制鸡新城疫病毒在CEF上的增殖 被引量:3

Antimicrobial activity of extracts from Anoectochilus roxburghii in vitro and its inhibitory effect on the proliferation of chicken NDV in CEF

摘要 采用滤纸片扩散法和二倍稀释法测定金线莲不同方法提取物对6种供试菌的体外抑菌效果,并利用四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)法测定金线莲水提取物对NDV在鸡胚成纤维细胞(CEF)上增殖的影响.结果表明:3种提取方法所获得的金线莲提取物均对链球菌有较强抑制作用,表现为高敏;对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌表现为中敏;对酵母菌和普通变形杆菌的抑制作用不明显,表现为低敏.最小抑菌浓度均不高于12.5 g.L-1.药物与病毒混合组对NDV的抑制率显著高于先病毒后药物组和先药物后病毒组(P<0.05).药物浓度与NDV抑制率存在明显的正相关(P<0.05).在先药物后病毒组和药物与病毒混合组中,15.62-31.25 g.L-1金线莲水提取物具有显著的抗NDV效果;1.95-3.90 g.L-1金线莲水提取物抗NDV效果不明显. Paper faltering method and two fold dilution method were used to study the antimicrobial activity of different extracts from Anoectochilas roxburghii for six kinds of test-bacteria in vitro. Meanwhile, MTT method was used to study the pmliferatian and inhi- bition of water extract from A. roxburghii on chick embryo fibmblast (CEF). The results showed that the inhibitory effects of three kinds of extracts from A. roxburghii on Streptococcus were strongest, marked by higlfly sensitive. Staphylococcus aureua, Eseherichia coli, Salmonella marked by medium sensitive. The inhibitory effect on Sacchcromyce and Proteusbacillus vulgaria was quiet, marked by not sensitive. The all values of minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) were not higher than 12.5 g · L-1. The inhibition rates on NDV in drug-virus mixed group were significantly higher than that in drug-treatod groups which were firstly infected by virus and in NDV infected group which was firstly prevented by drugs (P 〈0.05). Under firstly prevented by drugs before NDV virus infection and drug-virus mixed conditions, the inhibition effect of extracts from A. roxburghii on NDV was significant when the dose was 15.62 - 31.25 g · L-1. However, the inhibition effect was not significant when the dose was 1.95 -3.90 g· L-I , whatever the three differ- ent ways were used. Test of different doses showed a kind of obvious dose-effect positive correlation (P 〈0.05).
