响应面法优化超临界CO_2萃取莱菔子油工艺 被引量:1

Optimization of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction of Raphanus sativus L.oil by response surface method

摘要 根据中心组合Box-Benhnken试验设计原理采用三因素三水平的响应面分析法,研究各工艺条件对莱菔子(Raphanussativus L.)出油率的影响,得到的最佳工艺条件为:萃取压力33 MPa,萃取温度47℃,萃取时间80 min.在此条件下油脂萃取得率为24.86%. On the basis of Box-Behnken central composite design (CCD), the effect of extraction temperature, time and pressure on Raphanus sativus L. oil yield was studied by the response surface method of three-factor and three-level. The results showed that the optimum condition for the extraction of Raphanus sativus L. oil was as follows: extraction pressure was 33 MPa, extraction tempera- ture was 47 ℃, extraction time was 80 min. Under above 8ptimum condition, the oil yield was 24.86%.
