Diagnosis and treatment of severe closed injury on the larynx and the trachea

摘要 目的提高重症喉气管闭合性损伤的诊治水平。方法回顾性分析3例重症喉气管闭合性损伤病例的临床资料。结果 3例诊断除据临床表现外均行手术探查证实,全部治愈且无喉狭窄发生。结论对严重呼吸困难、怀疑有喉气管损伤的患者,早期行手术探查是提高近期疗效、预防后期喉狭窄的关键。 Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of severe closed injury on the larynx and the trachea. Method Clinical data of 3 cases were reviewed. Results The diagnosis was confirmed by surgery in 3 cases. All cases recovered well without laryngostenosis. Conclusion Early surgical exploration is the key to enhance short-term curative effect and prevent laryngostenosis for patients with severe breathing difficulties and suspected laryngotracheal injury.
