Theoretically the ''Wildgeese Flight Mode' is a 'chasing' type of development mode that is hased on the Principle of dynamic comparison of advantages, which has played an important role in accelerating the development of the international economies of the postwar postwar Japan, the four 'Smell Tigers ' of Asfa, and the Eastern Bloc countries. This Paper is aimed at an in-depth analysis of the theoretical essence and the limitations of the 'Wildgeese Flight Mode', with a Purpose of setting up some reference for our country in the Process of selecting economic development strategies and adjusting industrial structures.
