摘要
湖南某发电厂"上大压小"新建项目一期工程2×600 MW超临界机组机组,凝结水泵、制粉系统、带式输送机的电机功率及除尘设备选型.从节约能耗,分析运行特性,通过调研同类厂家经验,方案进行了比较论证,综合考虑,提出修改了某些参数,在辅机型式.容量.功率.节能优化计算中得到应用,达到在基本建设初期,降低工程造价,在生产运营期,节约运行成本,符合电厂全寿命周期内综合效益最大化的要求,并简化运行管理。
The paper described selection ofcondensate pump,coal pulverizing system, motor power of belt conveyorand selection of dust collecting equipment in developing large units and suppressing small ones of 2×600MW supercritieal unit. By analysis on operation characteristics and comparison of different sheemes of other power plants, parameter were changed and applied in caculation of auxiliaries type, capacity, power and energy-saving optimization. With the application of the parameter, maximum benefit of life cycle was achieved such as reducing engineering cost and management simplification.
