摘要
为了提高信息系统质量,降低风险,需引入独立的第三方测试。总结了大型信息系统建设过程中第三方测试的管理经验,论述了第三方测试的工作机制、各阶段的工作任务、过程管理和结果管理4个方面。
To improve the information system quality and reduce the risk, the independent thirdparty test is introduced during the construction of large-scale information systems. The management experience for the third-party test is summarized. A detailed elaboration of third-party test is given from four aspects： working mechanism, tasks in different phases, process management and consequence management.
