甘蓝型油菜同质异核细胞质雄性不育系与其保持系的光合特性 被引量:16

摘要 以6套甘蓝型油菜同质(陕2A不育细胞质)异核细胞质雄性不育系(CMS)及其保持系为材料,分析比较了不同生育时期各不育系与保持系叶绿素含量、光合气体交换参数、光合面积、光合物质净合成量、群体光合速率等的差异。结果表明:(1)在苗期和花期不育系与其保持系在叶片的主要光合气体交换参数、叶绿素含量、群体光合速率等指标之间无明显差异,但在光合面积、光合物质净合成量等方面不育系高于保持系;(2)在角果期,保持系在光合面积(角果皮面积)、光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度等方面显著高于其不育系,但在叶温、气孔限制值(LS)与胞间二氧化碳浓度(Ci)等方面两者无明显差异;(3)同质异核的不育系之间在光合气体参数、叶片叶绿素含量、光合面积、光合物质净合成量、群体光合速率等几个指标之间都有明显差异。不育系与相应保持系之间主要光合特性呈极显著正相关,保持系的基因型对不育系的性状起决定作用。 Photosynthetic characteristics difference between cytoplasmic male sterility (CMS) and their maintainers of Brassica napus were studied using 6 pairs of homocytonic and heteronuclear CMS materials. Features compared included chlorophyll of leaves and silique shell, photosynthetic parameters of gas exchange, diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate ( Pn), variation of photosynthetic area in different stage, dry biomass of total plant and population photosynthetic rate. Results were: (1) In seedling and blooming periods, the photosynthetic characteristics of leaves ( including leaf chlorophyll content, the main photosynthetic parameters of gas exchange, diurnal variation of Pn and population photosynthetic rate) showed no significant difference between CMS lines and corre- sponding maintainers. But green leaf area and dry biomass of total plant of CMS line were significantly higher than those of their maintainers. (2) In pod period, maintainers had significant larger area of pod skin, as well as Pn and transpiration rate than those of CMS. There were no significant differences on temperature of leaves, limitation stomata (Ls) and carbon dioxide concentration at intercellular spaces (Ci) as in CMS lines. (3) Although the CMS lines were homoeytonic and heteronuclear, they had significant differences on photosynthetic parameters (e. g. gas exchange, chlorophyll content, net assimilation of total plant and population photosynthetic rate) from each other. The main photosynthetic characteristics were highly positively correlated between CMS and their maintainers,indicating that characteristics in CMS were determined by their maintainers
