摘要
以58#号石蜡及其氧化蜡为原料,采用非离子表面活性剂吐温系列和司盘系列作为添加剂,通过全实验筛选出符合陶瓷用乳化蜡制备的乳化条件及各原料用量及配比,在最佳实验条件下制得优于市场同类产品的乳化蜡。考察确定的乳化剂为复合乳化剂Ⅲ,其HLB值为9.50,乳化剂加入量为蜡质量的25%;在最佳工艺条件,乳化温度90℃、乳化时间40min、搅拌速度850r/min的条件下,制备出的陶瓷用乳化蜡,具有稳定性好、可塑性强、流动性适宜、粘度适中、铺膜性好等特点。
Emulsifying wax for ceramic use, better in performance than similar products available, was prepared, using #58 paraffin wax and oxidized wax as raw materials, non-ionic surfactants of Tween and Span series as additives. Its emulsification conditions and mixing ratio of raw materials were optimized through full-scale experiments. Results show the emulsifier is a compound emulsifier III, its HLB value is 9.50, and its doping amount is 25% of wax; emulsified at 90℃ for 40min while being stirred at 850 r/min, the obtained wax for ceramics has good stability, plasticity, liquidity, viscosity and film formability.
