308nm准分子激光与308nm准分子光治疗白癜风随机自身对照研究 被引量:25

摘要 目的:对比分析308nm准分子激光与308nm准分子光治疗白癜风的临床疗效差异,评估其安全性。方法:选择寻常型白瘢风、左右皮损对称的患者,对称的左右两侧皮损随机分组,一侧皮损给予308nm准分子激光治疗,另外一侧给予308nm准分子光治疗,1次/隔日,连续照射20次。结果:入组112例患者,完成98例,脱落14例,每组接受治疗白斑共384片。308nm准分子激光治疗总有效率为97.14%,显效率为45.83%,308nm准分子光治疗总有效率为95.83%,显效率为47.40%。复色率无显著性差异(r=0.960,P〉0.05)。308nm准分子激光治疗后87.8%的患者出现了一过性红斑,8.2%的患者发生局部水疱和疼痛;308nm准分子光治疗后90.8%的患者出现了一过性红斑,9.2%的患者发生局部水疱和疼痛,一般均可耐受。结论:308nm准分子激光与308nm准分子光在治疗白癜风的疗效及安全性方面并无显著性差异。 Objective To compare the effectiveness of 308nm excimer laser with 308nm excimer lamp in the treatment of vitiligo patients. Methods This intervention study was designed as a randomized self control trial.112 subjects were enrolled in this study. One lesion was treated with the 308rim excimer laser and its counterpart with the 308nm excimer lamp. Lesions were treated three times a week with the same dose on both sides for a total of 20 sessions. Results 98 patients completed the study and384 lesions were treated. The two treatments showed similar results in terms of efficacy for a repigmentation. Conclusions The 308nm excimer lamp and 308nm excimer laser showed a similar efficacy in treating vitiligo.
