老年人牙周牙髓联合病变的162例疗效分析

Effects of a combination of periodontal therapy and pulp canal therapy on PECL in elderly-with an analysis of 162 cases

目的：分析老年人牙周牙髓联合病变（PECL）疗效其可能的影响因素。方法：纳入131例患者，共有PECL患牙162颗，使用牙周治疗配合根管治疗。分析治疗后的痊愈率、显效率及失败率，其中痊愈率及显效率合并为有效率。使用logiStic回归分析影响有效的可能因素。结果：66颗患牙痊愈，63颗有效，33颗失败，总有效率为79．63％，原发牙患对疗效无影响；首次出现症状至就诊时间的时长及复查次数是影响疗效的因素。结论：牙周治疗配合根管治疗是治疗PECL的有效手段；及早就诊和规律复查是提高疗效的有效方法。

Objective To investiage the associations between clinical factors that influence periodontal-endodontic combined lesions （PECL） response to treatment. Methods One-hundred and thirty-one PECL patients with 162 tooth wereeanalyzed retrospectively. All patients received periodontal and pulp canal therapies.Effects of PECL treatments were summarized. Logistic regression was used to identify potential factors that influence the outcomes. Results Most of patients recover well after treatment, with 66 tooth fully recovered,63 tooth partially recovered,and 33 tooth little recovered. Results From logistic regression showed that time period between first symptom and receiving treatment and regular re-visit were factors influence PECL＇s response to treatment. Conclusion A combination of periodontal therapy and pulp canal therapy were effective treatment for PECL. Timely treatment and regular re-visit are the import reason for improving treatments of PECL.
