农村经济集体经营模式对中国现代农业发展的启示——基于吕家庄村的调查

Enlightenment for Agricultural Modernization of China from the Mode of Rural Collective Economy——Based on the Investigation of Lvjiazhuang

基于对河北省晋州市吕家庄村的调查,分析了农村经济集体经营模式在实现农业规模经营、促进环境保护与可持续发展、完善村庄基础设施建设以及建立良好干群关系方面的优势。虽然该模式在中国现阶段农业与农村发展中不能简单复制,但从中国农业现代化发展的进程中看,该模式对正确认识农村基层政权的作用、提高农民的组织化程度以及发扬农村的社会主义传统仍具有一定借鉴意义。

Based on the investigation of Lvjiazhuang, this paper show advantages of the mode of Rural Collective Economy on its success in agricultural scale operation, Environmental protection and sustainable development, Perfect infrastructure of the village and good relation-ship between village officer and member.This paper also consider that the mode was not suitable to popularize although it was successful in several places in China, but From the perspective to develop Agricultural modernization, it has reference for us to correct understanding the Rural regime, to improve systematization of farmer, and to develop the Socialist traditional in Rural areas.
