从旅客投诉内容看中国机场服务质量改进重点 被引量:9

摘要 机场作为航空运输活动的重要地面保障设施,机场服务构成航空运输服务的重要组成部分。机场服务质量状况势必会影响到航空运输服务整体质量水平。文章基于中国航空运输服务投诉的数据,分析中国机场服务中存在的主要问题,提出质量改进的重点。
