教学查房是临床教学的重要形式,通过开展全院性教学查房,成立护理教学查房专家组,对查房者的查房内容进行指导,促进各层级护士的业务学习,提高了护理教学查房质量和教学水平,强化了专项技术的推广和科室间的协作,开展全院性教学查房具有重要的实践意义。

Ward-round teaching is an important form of clinical education. In this paper, the authors carried out hospitalwide ward-round teaching, established an expert group of nursing, guided the contents of ward-round, promoted the abilities of different levels of nurses and upgraded the nursing qualities and teaching capabilities, which also extended the application of special technologies and the collaborations of different departments. Carting out the hospital-wide ward-round teaching is practically important.
