摘要
噬菌体展示技术是近年发展起来的新技术,在研究蛋白质与蛋白质之间、抗原抗体之间的相互作用、新药开发、疾病诊断、疫苗研制以及病毒研究等方面具有广泛应用。文中就噬菌体展示技术在汉坦病毒研究中的应用现状作一综述。
Phage display is a new technique for the research of protein-protein or antigen-antibody interactions, new drug development, diagnosis of disease, vaccine design and virus research in recent years. This article reviews the current application of this technology in Hantaan virus research.
