聚桂醇注射兔面部腮腺区组织的实验研究

The effects of liquid lauromacrogol injection on the soft tissue in rabbit parotid region

目的:探讨硬化剂聚桂醇注射液局部注射对兔面神经、腺体、肌肉组织的影响。方法:选16只实验兔随机分成A、B、C、D 4组,每组每只兔左侧为实验侧,右侧为阴性对照。全麻下暴露面神经、腮腺腺体及咬肌,左侧注射聚桂醇注射液,右侧注射生理盐水。然后分别在术后第1、2、3、4周观察面神经、腺体及肌肉的功能情况,并取1组兔面神经、腺体、肌肉组织行组织学观察。结果:聚桂醇注射液局部注射初期会造成面神经的轻度空泡性变,腺体、肌肉组织的炎症反应,远期观察无明显影响。结论:聚桂醇注射液局部注射对面神经、腺体、肌肉组织无明显损害。

Objective： To study the effects of lauromacrogol on facial nerve,parotid gland and adjacent muscle.Methods： Bilateral parotids,facial nerves and the masseter muscles were exposed by operation,lauromacrogol was injected into the tissues on the left surgical side,normal saline was injected into the right side as the control in 16 rabbits.In the following four weeks,the function of facial nerve,parotid gland and muscle were observed,histological examination was conducted.Results： Normal facial and mastication function were observed in all the animals 1 week after injection,mild inflammation and vacuolar degeneration were found in the nerve,gland and muscle on the lauromacrogol injected side.4 weeks after injection no obvious abnormality in the nerve,gland and muscle could be found.On the control side abnormal manifestation was not observed.Conclusion： Lauromacrogol injection may not result in permanent damage in soft tissue in parotid region.
