摘要
目的:制备槲皮素壳聚糖复合药膜(quercetin chitosan composite film,QUCS),观察其对口腔溃疡愈合过程的影响。方法:以壳聚糖(chitosan,CS)为成膜材料,加入槲皮素(Quercetin,QU)制成口腔溃疡复合膜。采用NaOH烧灼法制备大鼠口腔溃疡模型。60只大鼠随机均等分为基质组(CS,不加槲皮素的膜)、复合膜(QUCS)组、冰硼散(BPS)组和空白对照组(control)。各药均2次/d,直至溃疡完全愈合为止。对每组溃疡鼠进行大体观察,测量溃疡面积及溃疡愈合速度,肉眼观察溃疡面水肿充血程度,愈合情况。给药4 d后各组随机取5只脱颈处死,行病理组织学观察,记录溃疡区口腔黏膜损伤程度。结果:与对照组比较QUCS组平均愈合时间、平均愈合速度、溃疡面积、溃疡充血水肿程度以及溃疡区口腔黏膜损伤程度明显缩短或减轻(P<0.05,P<0.01)。在溃疡表面感染程度、溃疡平均愈合时间及充血水肿程度上QUCS组和BPS组之间无统计学差异。结论:QUCS对NaOH所致大鼠口腔溃疡具有明显的治疗作用。
Objective: To study the effect quercetin chitosan composite film(QUCS) in the treatment of oral ulcer.Methods: QUCS was prepared.Oral ulcer animal model was induced by NaOH in sixty rats.The rats were divided into 4 groups(n=15) and treated by chitosan membrance(CS group),QUCS(QUCS group),Bingpeng San(BPS group) and without treatment(control group) respectively.The treatment was conducted 2 times a day,until the ulcer was healed.The effects were evaluated by the ulcer area,healing speed and pathologic examination.Results: The shortest ulcer healing time,most ulcer area decrease,least edema and least pathological damage of oral membrane with ulcer were observed in QUCS group(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Conclusion: QUCS is effective in the treatment of oral ulcer induced by NaOH in rats.
