卵巢幼年型粒层细胞瘤产前超声表现1例 被引量：3

Prenatal ultrasonography of ovarian juvenile granulose cell tumor: Case report

摘要 孕妇30岁,孕2产0,孕早期轻度甲状腺功能减低,未予处理。孕19＋2、24＋5周时产前超声检查均未发现胎儿异常。孕29＋3周超声发现胎儿右下腹膀胱后方3.02cm×2.84cm×2.49cm囊性肿物,边界清,壁薄、液清,未探及血流信号（图1A、B）;孕35＋3和37＋6周超声示病变大小分别为6.08cm×5.82cm×6.21cm和7.27cm×5.83cm×6.19cm,囊液均较清。患儿出生后3天CT于右中下腹见6.07cm×6.32cm×,
