成纤维细胞因子Ⅰ型受体在骨骼发育和骨骼疾病中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 成纤维细胞因子I型受体(FGFReceptors1,FGFR1)属于酪氨酸激酶受体家族,已经被广泛认可的4种FGFR即FG—FR1、2、3和4,Trueb等近来报道第五种FGFR受体FG-FRL,在一个FGFRL移码突变病人中发现其颅缝早闭,这提示其在骨骼发育中也具有重要作用。其中FGFR1功能增强性点突变主要引起人类斐弗综合征,FGFR1P250A点突变很好的模拟了该病发病机理,
