摘要
表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(epigaloctechin-3-gallit,EGCG)是一种高效的抗氧化剂。其通过恢复大脑内烟碱型胆碱能受体缺损及数量;降低C-Abl蛋白水平,一种非受体型酪氨酸激酶的核转移蛋白,阻碍β-亚型糖原合成激酶3(β-isoforms of glycogen synthase kinase 3,GSK-3β)活化,减轻阿尔茨海默氏病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)进程;抗氧化作用;改善线粒体功能失常;雌激素样等作用途径。起到下调淀淀粉样前体蛋白(amyloid precusor protein,APP)表达,加强清除Aβ作用,减轻对神经细胞的毒性,保护AD神经元功能。
Epigaloctechin-3-gallit ( EGCG ) is a highly effective antioxidant. It improves Alzheimer' s disease (AD) by the way of restoring the defect and quantity of brain nicotinic cholinergic receptors, reducing the level of C-Abl protein, a nuclear transfer of nonreceptor tyrosine kinase, impeding the activation of β-isoforms of glycogen synthesis kinase 3 ( GSK-3β ), opposing oxida- tion, improving mitochondrial dysfunction and acting on it like estrogen. As a result, it strengthens the clearance to Aβ by re- ducing the cytotoxicity of neuron and by down-regulating the ex- pression of Amyloid precusor protein (APP) so as to protect the function of Alzheimer' s neuron.
