吗啡成瘾及戒断大鼠的前额叶皮质蛋白质组变化的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用蛋白质组学技术研究不同个体不同时间的中枢神经系统蛋白质表达变化,已逐步成为神经功能研究的发展趋势。研究显示,前额叶皮层(prefrontal cortex,PFC)参与了药物成瘾有关的学习和记忆过程以及认知、行为和情绪的变化的调节和控制。功能的改变,必然涉及蛋白的改变,既往研究多关注于单个蛋白在药物成瘾模型中的表达,但较少涉及蛋白整体水平表达的改变,故本研究拟用“蛋白质组学”方法寻找与吗啡成瘾及戒断相关的PFC蛋白质成分,从而进一步探讨阿片类药物成瘾机制。
