Study on Optimal Extraction Condition of Total Flavonoids from Radix Astragali by Parallel Test Method

目的筛选黄芪总黄酮的最佳回流提取温度。方法以芦丁的收率为指标,采用平行试验法对黄芪总黄酮提取温度进行优选。结果乙醇回流提取黄芪总黄酮的最佳温度为80℃。结论该提取温度符合大生产的要求,可为黄芪总黄酮的提取工艺研究提供科学依据。

Objective To select the optimal temperature for reflux extraction of total flavonoids from Radix Astragali by ethanol. Methods The Rutin extract yield being regorded as indicators, total flavonoids extraction temperature condition was optimized by parallel test method. Results The optimal reflux extraction temperature of total flavonoids from Radix Astragali by ethanol was 80℃. Conclusion The extraction temperature is in compliance with the requirements of production,and it could provide a scientific basis for the extraction process study of total flavonoids from Radix Astragali.
