阿尔茨海默病免疫疗法研究进展
摘要
阿尔茨海默病（AD），亦称老年痴呆症，是一种以记忆力减退、认知功能障碍、行为异常为特征的中枢神经系统退行性疾病。随着世界人口老龄化进程的加快，该病的发病率日趋增高，据估计仅在美国就有超过540万人罹患AD[1]。
