The Guanzhong- Tianshui Economic Zone has ushered in a golden developmental opportunity. According to its positioning and developmental planning, the author elucidates the necessity and feasibility of the logistics system buildingup, analyzes the current accomplishments achieved, and points out the existing issues concerning the intrinsic perception, the status quo of the local logistics enterprises, the extent of electronic informatization, and the talented personnel.
