独立学院旅游教育的困境及其职业本科定位

On the Difficulties of Tourism Education of Independent College and Its Education Orientation for Undergraduates

作为培养市场热门人才之一的专业教育机构,独立学院在办学过程中大部分选择了设置旅游或相关专业。然而,置于工商管理大学科背景下的独立学院旅游本科教育可谓困境重重,表现在:招生每况愈下,师资力量单薄,培养目标落空,培养计划老套,实训设施缺乏,校企合作浅显,等等。要想走出这种困境,独立学院有必要对其旅游本科教育体系进行重新定位和思考,而职业本科定位不失为一种较为合理的选择。

As a professional education organization for training hot talents, most of the independent schools choose to set tourism or its related majors in the course of running. However, there exist many problems such as poor enrollments, insufficient faculties, unimplemented training goals, monotonous training plan, poor facilities and the poor co-operation between school and enterprise. Therefore, independent colleges should rethink and situate the the tourism education system for undergraduates if they want to step out of the troubles and, the orientation of professional education for undergraduates is a reasonable option.
