UV-B辐射增强对米氏凯伦藻和青岛大扁藻种群竞争的影响

摘要 以米氏凯伦藻和青岛大扁藻为实验材料,在实验室共培养条件下,采用生态毒理学方法研究了4个梯度UV-B辐射剂量(0.00,0.75,2.25,3.75 J/m2)对米氏凯伦藻、青岛大扁藻种群竞争的影响.结果显示,对照组中,两种藻竞争力相差不大,青岛大扁藻略占优势;而UV-B处理组中,低剂量的UV-B辐射对藻类生长有一定程度上的影响,但并未起到抑制作用,甚至低剂量的UV-B辐射对藻类生长有一定的促进作用.随着UV-B辐射的增强,藻类数量下降且种群竞争关系发生了变化,青岛大扁藻逐渐成为优势种.结果标明,UV-B辐射不仅能影响藻的总生物量,也可改变种群竞争关系. In this paper, taking Karenia Mikimotoi and Platymonas subcordiformis as experimental materials, on the experimental eco-co-cuhure conditions, using eco-toxicological methods to study the four gradient UV-B radiation dose (0.00,0.75,2.25,3.75 J/mz) to the impact of the role of population competition. The results show that with the UV-B radiation increased, the total biomass of these two species significantly reduced and interspecific competition changes In the control group, the two species is no less competitive. P. subcordiformis has a slight advantage, but in the UV-B treatment group,low doses of UV-B radiation to some extent affectes the growth of the algae but did not play inhibition. And even low doses of UV-B radiation on algae growth have a certain role in promoting. With the UV-B radiation increased,the number of species declines and competitive relationship between population changes. P. subcordiformis become the dominant species gradually.
