摘要
目的:确定枳朴中空栓制备工艺。方法:采用甘油明胶和半合成脂肪酸甘油酯(36型)作为中空栓基质,考察栓剂的外观形态和融变时限,确定枳朴中空栓栓剂基质,中空栓外壳中药物与基质按10∶1,8∶1,5∶1,4∶1,3∶1配比混合均匀,确定最佳配比。结果:确定枳朴中空栓栓剂基质为半合成脂肪酸甘油酯(36型)。药物与基质最佳配比为5:1。结论:按确定的工艺制备的枳朴中空栓含药量高,简便快捷,可用于大生产。
Objective: To determine preparation technology of Zhipu Zhongkong suppository. Methods: To study the ma- trix of Zhongkong suppository and the best proportion of drug and matrix by the characteristics and softening time. Resuits: The optimum matrix was synthersis fatty acid and the optimum proportion was 5: 1. Conclusion: This preparation technology is simple, convenient and fit for the production.
