摘要
目的:优选桂苓五味甘草汤的水提取工艺。方法:以出膏率、浸出物百分含量和五味子醇甲含量为指标,通过正交试验考察桂苓五味甘草汤回流提取工艺条件。结果:加水量有显著性影响,提取次数和提取时间无显著性影响。结论:最佳工艺条件是加水10倍量,回流提取2次,每次1.5h。
Objective: To study the optimal extraction process of Guiling Wuwei Gancao Decoction Paste. Methods: The optimal extraction process was selected with L9 (34) orthogonal design. The rate of extraction,the percentage composition of extractive and the content of schizandrin in the extract were determined. Results: The main factors was influenced by the quantity of water. Conclusion: The optimal extraction process is extraction for two times with 10 times water and 1.5h once.
