摘要
目的:建立一种氨丁三醇注射液含量测定方法。方法:根据氨丁三醇与氢氧化铜悬浊液作用生成蓝色的氨丁三醇铜溶液,采用分光光度法在625nm波长处测定吸光度,建立归回方程,以确定氨丁三醇的含量。结果:氨丁三醇浓度在3-7mg/ml范围内与吸光度呈线性关系(r=0.9999),回收率为100.29%,RSD为0.97%。结论:该法简单,准确度高,精密度好。
Objective ：To establish a determination method for Trometamole Injection. Methods：According to the rational that trometamole reacts with cuprum hydroxide and makes glyeerone in blue,we measured the absorbance at 625nm by spee- trophotometry and established a regression equation to determinate the content of trometamole. Results：The linear range be- tween concentration and Absorbanee was 3 -7mg/ml（ r = 0. 9999） o The average recovery was 100. 29% o RSD was 0. 97% Conclusion：This method is simple,sensitive and accurate~
