高效液相色谱法测定安尔眠片含量

Determination of Anermian Tablets Content by HPLC

目的:用高效液相色谱法测定安尔眠片中丹酚酸B的含量。方法:ODS柱,以甲醇-乙腈-甲酸-水(30:10:1:59)为流动相,于286nm波长处检测,流速1.0ml/min。结果:该方法在0.592～1.776μg范围内,峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.9996),稳定性试验RSD=0.55%,平均回收率为101.10%,RSD为1.04%。结论:该方法简便,准确,重现性好。

Objective：To Determine Sal B Conlent in Anermian Tablels by HPLC. Methods：ODS column with methanol - acetonitrile - formic acid - water （ 30 ： 10 ： 1 ： 59） as mobile phase, detection wavelength at 286nm, flow rate 1.0ml/ rain. Results：Thls method is 0. 592-1. 7761a.g range,the peak area and concentration showed a good linear relationship（ R2 =0. 9996） ,stability test RSD = 0. 55% ,the average recovery was 101.10% ,RSD1.04%. Conclusion：The method is sim- ple ,accurate, and reproducible.
