山里红叶总黄酮对小鼠出血时间的实验研究

目的:山里红叶总黄酮对小鼠出血时间的实验研究。方法:取小白鼠50只,体重在18～22g,雌雄各半,将其随机分为5组,每组10只,雌雄各5只,即山里红叶总黄酮高剂量组2.184g/kg;山里红叶总黄酮中剂量组1.092g/kg;山里红叶总黄酮低剂量组0.546g/kg,阳对药组刺五加注射液0.39g/kg;空白对照组给予等容量生理盐水。采用灌胃给药,每天一次,连续七天。末次给药后30分钟,将距小鼠尾尖0.3cm处剪断放入37℃水中,记录小鼠从剪断到出血停止的时间即为出血时间。记录数据,各组进行组间t检验统计分析。结果:山里红叶总黄酮高、中、低剂量组与空白对照组比较能延长小鼠出血时间,与刺五加注射液比较山里红叶总黄酮高、中、低剂量组出血时间明显缩短,山里红叶总黄酮中、低剂量组差异有显著性意义(p<0.05)。结论:山里红叶总黄酮具有延长小鼠出血时间的作用,但无统计学意义。与刺五加注射液比较出血时间明显缩短,说明山里红叶总黄酮具有一定的活血作用,同时出血倾向较低。

Results：High,medium and low dose group compared with blank can prolong mice bleeding time, Compared with the Aeanthopanax senticoeous injection of high, medium and low dose group of bleeding time obviously re- duced, the middle and low dose group of significant difference （P〈 0. 05 ）. Conelusion：Flavonoid in the leaves of hawthom can delay the role of mice bleeding time, but this was not statistically signifieanto Flavonoid in the leaves of hawthorn is bleeding time obviously reduced, that has some of the blood role, At the same time bleeding tendency is low.
