摘要
对怀头鲇(♀)与兰州鲇(♂)的杂交F1人工养殖条件的生长进行研究。结果显示:在水温22 ̄25℃条件下,平均体长(2.75±0.16)cm、平均体重(0.36±0.06)g的杂交F1幼鱼经过100d培育后,平均体长和平均体重分别达到(28.56±3.26)cm和(193.33±59.50)g。体长与日龄呈线性关系,L=0.3131t+1.4389,R2=0.9178;体重与日龄呈指数函数关系,W=0.0159L2.7664,R2=0.9148。体重与体长呈幂函数关系,关系式为W=0.0159L2.7664,R2=0.9963,其中b值接近于3,怀头鲇和兰州鲇的杂交F1幼鱼为等速生长类型,体重生长与全长生长速度相近。
In order to understand the growth characteristics of F1 hybrid (S.soldatovi ♀×S.lanzhouersis ♂ ) under artificial farming conditions, experiments were conducted on the growth of juvenile hybrid at 22~25℃. Through processing data of growth by Excel and SPSS software, the results showed that the juveniles reached a mean body length of (28.56+3.26) cm and a mean body weight of (193.33+59.50) g after 100 days rearing from a mean body length of (2.75+0.16) cm and a mean body weight of (0.36+0.06) g. The linear relationship be- tween body length and day-age could be described as L=0.3131t+l.4389 (R2=0.9178),the relationship between body weigth and day-age could be descibed as W=0.0159L2.7664(R2 = 0.9148), and the relationship between body weight and body length could be described as W=0.0159L2.7664(R2=0.9963). The power was close to 3, which showed that the growth of weight was related to the cube of the length and growth was isometric of bybrid juve- nile.
