摘要
在经济和知识全球化的今天,为了培养更多精通外语的专业化人才,对外语教师提出了更高的要求,要求教师不仅要具备深厚的专业理论知识,还要拥有敏锐的洞察力,能够及时认识到学生的实际需求,并采取措施予以解决。作为一种现代化教学模式,CBI教学模式突破了传统的灌鸭式学习模式,将内容作为授课核心,融合语言学习过程的四种能力,在全面提高学生认知能力的同时,也有效地提高了教师的教学能力。
Teachers are required to have acute insight as well as profound theoretical knowledge. They are to be able to be aware of students' actual demands and take steps promptly. CBI, as a modem teaching mode,is a breakthrough against the traditional cramming method in teaching. By taking the content as the core of teaching and integrating the four kinks of abilities in the language learning process, the method can effectively promote teachers' teaching ability as well as students ability to acquire knowledge comprehensively. Hence, it is necessary to study how to promote teachers' teaching ability on the guidance of CBI.
