摘要 为准确掌握投放安徽省的A、B、C、D 4个厂家的猪O型口蹄疫灭活疫苗在实际生产中的免疫效果,2008年秋季至2011年春季,共采集了844个猪场10 439份免疫接种后1个月左右血清样,采用液相阻断ELISA检测了O型口蹄疫抗体滴度。结果显示,4个厂家疫苗的免疫接种效果差异明显,B厂疫苗免疫效果最好,D厂疫苗次之;不同年份疫苗的免疫接种效果差异显著,2010年的疫苗免疫接种效果最好。 With the aim of comparing the immune efficacy of serotype O FMDV inactivated vaccine of swine supplied by four different manufacturers (A, B, C and D), 10 439 swine sera collected from 844 swine farms that were immunized with serotype O FMDV inactivated vaccine for one month or so were detected for the antihody titer of serotype O FMDV by LPS-ELISA. The results indicated that the immune efficacy of this type of vaccines from different manufactures was different, and the B factory's vaccine was the best, and the D factory's vaccine was in the second. Moreover, the immune efficacy of this type of vac- cines of different years was different notably, and the vaccine of the year 2011 was the best.
