烟农合作社建设运行存在问题及对策探讨——以枣阳市为例

Study on Existing Problems and Countermeasure in Construction and Operation of Tobacco Cooperatives——A Case of Tobacco Cooperative in Zaoyang

枣阳市以建设现代烟草农业作为实现农业现代化的突破口,将发展农民专业合作社作为创新烟叶生产组织形式的重点内容。笔者分析了金联烟叶生产专业合作社生产经营管理上存在的问题,明确合作社发展的意义,指出烟叶合作社经营管理必须注意的几个关键问题,提出了发展合作社的任务、工作目标和措施,以促进合作社与烟草产业的稳定协调发展。

Construction of modem tobacco agriculture is the breakthrough point for achieving modem agriculture in Zaoyang, which develops the farmers＇ professional cooperatives as emphasis on innovation the organization of the production of tobacco. In this paper, the existing prob- lems in production and management of Jinlian Tobacco Cooperatives were be analyzed, significance of development on cooperatives was definite, key problems and solving measures on the production and management were be put forward to promote the steady and coordinated devel- opment of cooperatives and tobacco industry.
