摘要
根据相关规范,设计了Ф84船舶锚机,综合运用实体单元和连接单元,建立了包括主轴、锚链轮、机体及其附件的柔体有限元模型,并利用ABAQUS软件进行了支持负载、制动负载和额定负载下锚机力学性能有限元分析,及其制动负载下的应力测试。结果表明,计算结果和试验结果具有良好一致性,在三种典型工况下,锚机主要部件应力均在安全范围内,表明该锚机的强度满足设计要求,所运用的有限元建模及分析方法可以用于研究其它类似结构锚机的强度、刚度和稳定性等力学性能,为锚机设计提供理论指导。
Some anchor windlass(Ф84)was designed according to related standards.Flexible finite element models were established for main axle,gypsy wheel,frame and other attachments combining solid elements and connector elements.And mechanical properties of the windlass were analyzed under supporting load,braking load and rated load,based on ABAQUS software.The results showed that the simulating results corresponded well with the experimental results.The stress of the main components was below the allowable stress in three typical cases,which indicated that the designed windlass met design requirements.The presented finite element analysis method could be used to investigate strength,stiffness and stability of others identical windlass,which could guide the windlass design theoretically.
