摘要
为了实现连续变倍双目望远镜的两个目镜的同步转动,通过对连续变倍双目望远镜的目镜传动系统几种传动方案的特点进行分析对比,提出了采用单边钢带进行变中心距两平行轴轮往复精密传动的设计方法,而后根据理论力学知识,对钢带传动的几何结构参数进行了设计,并进行了受力分析检验,理论上验证了单边钢带进行变中心距往复精密传动的正确性,最后使传动系统运用到实际生产中,证明了单边钢带往复精密传动在连续变倍双目望远镜目镜变焦传动中的可行性。为变中心距两平行轴轮往复精密传动提供了一种新的方案。
In order to realize synchronous rotation of the two eyepieces of the continuous zoom binocular telescope,based on the analysis and comparison of the characteristics of several kinds of transmission scheme of the continuous zoom binocular telescope,unilateral steel belt design method is put forward to make reciprocating precision transmission between variable center distances of two parallel axis wheels.According to the knowledge of the theoretical mechanics,the geometry parameters are designed.Through analyzing its stress,the correctness of reciprocating precision transmission of single steel sheet with variable center distance is verified theoretically.Finally the transmission is applied to practical production,which feasibility is proven and provides a new scheme for realizing reciprocating precision transmission of variable center distance two parallel axis wheels.
