环境质量功能配置在汽车产品设计中的研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 传统的质量功能配置QFD(Quality Function Deployment)无法从环境因素上满足产品的绿色设计和环境需求。针对汽车产品的特点,从绿色设计的角度获取客户功能与环境需求,确立了与之对应的满足环境质量配置QFDE(Quality Function Deployment for Environment)的工程技术特性与零件结构特征。应用层次分析法获得客户需求权重,建立产品规划与零件结构质量屋。最后以VB6.0技术为支撑,实现客户驱动的汽车产品QFDE系统的设计与开发,实现客户主导的功能、环境需求评价与设计,为产品的设计与改进提供信息与参考。 The traditional QFD can not satisfy environmental requirement for product green design from environment factor.According to car product characteristics,customer function and environmental requirements were obtained from the perspective of green design to establish engineering technology and part structure characteristics corresponding to the QFDE(Quality Function Deployment for Environment).AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)was used to calculate customer requirement weights and then the planning and part structure houses of quality were built.Finally,the QFDE system of car product was designed and developed using VB 6.0 so that the evaluation and design satisfying customer-led functions and environmental requirement are realized,which provide information and reference for designing and improving the products.
